House Renovation

Earlier this year we took on an entire house renovation in Weston with fantastic results. 

Firstly we gutted the entire house. Installing a new central heating system, moving the boiler into utility room and re routing all pipework and radiators in every room

New fuse board and electrics throughout house

We installed new large front doors, giving loads of light to the large entrance hall.  

The old kitchen and it's retro hatch were knocked through to make one large open plan kitchen diner. This was then fully boarded and plastered. Installation of a brand new bespoke kitchen with centre island and extractor. Creating a modern and useable kitchen for a family.

Upstairs

Walls moved between joining bedrooms to creat equal space in each room

All rooms fully plastered with new electrical fittings

Whole house painted and decorated

One bedroom had an en suite installed from scratch which wasn’t there before, all building regs dealt with for customer

Whole new bathroom suite

Whole house re plumbed

Ripped out the out dated bathroom and put in a brand new modern bathroom 

Re decorate hallway with new flooring
